Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Delivery Charges

Free standard delivery on all orders over £150.
Delivery charges for orders below £150 are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time

Standard Tracked Delivery: 2–6 working days.
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs (if applicable). We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
