ou have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 30 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the goods are delivered. Business to business contracts will incur a 25% handling fee. Any non-stock items delivered directly from the manufacturer will incur a 25% handling charge. A refund will not be issued until the items have been inspected by the manufacturer and a full credit is issued back to commercial lighting by right lights.
