ou have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 30 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the goods are delivered. Business to business contracts will incur a 25% handling fee. Any non-stock items delivered directly from the manufacturer will incur a 25% handling charge. A refund will not be issued until the items have been inspected by the manufacturer and a full credit is issued back to commercial lighting by right lights. To cancel the contract, we must be informed either in writing, by fax or by e-mail giving the reason for return as "Contract cancellation". Please package the relevant goods securely and send them including a copy of the invoice so that we receive them within 30 working days of the date that the goods were delivered to you. Any goods returned after 30 days will incur a 25% handling charge. Goods cannot be returned after 28 days without agreed consent.
